small get together yesterday at the fort. awet, barbs, mia, manny m., mia, manny v., and mike med.
barbs said that her class e-group was so much alive as compared to our class95 e-group na medyo quiet.
anyway, just to start the ball rolling, i'm posting for the heck of it. also, for advertising.
started a small foundation with the help of my professor dr. noordhoff. its for taking care of kids with craniofacial anomalies. on the outset we started to target kids with cleft lip and palate. so far the foundation has been active for a couple of years and we've treated about 180 children as well as adults with cleft. this means the really indigent patients get their surgery, dental work, speech therapy and even some orthodontic work all for free.
recently, i was able to get a grant from smile train to continue this program. so if you guys have know of any indigent patient (with cleft or craniofacial anomaly)needing surgery, dental and orthodontic work, speech therapy and etc. just email me at btansipek@yahoo.com so i could send you the details. we're coming up with a brochure of sorts so i'll send out an e-copy in pdf form once its done.
